If you file with anyone that has an ITIN period then No you won’t. Jointly, separate, doesn’t matter
I know and I’ve been pretty pissy about the entire thing. I’m surprised Democrats didn’t fight for this seeing they are for undocumented people. I heard 1 person say something about it during the house vote today and he was cut off. I’m going to keep messaging the White House, the senators and do what I can.
