  1. Have any of you had the doctor email the medical exam reports to the Montreal consulate  instead of hand delivering them to the interviewer? The doctor assured us that he would email the exam to Montreal, and they even received confirmation from Montreal, but Montreal is saying they don’t have them.

Is it a requirement to pick up the exam for the doctor on paper and bring them to interview? The red letters on NVC website say that we MUST pick up paper and bring them to interview.

My fiancée asked at the interview, and the interviewer didn’t seem to want them right there, they just said that they will receive them at some point.

  2. Montreal replied after a whole week. They say the same old thing:

(Ms. "Smiths"'s visa is refused under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which means that the  applicant did not establish eligibility for a visa to the satisfaction of the consular officer. According to our records, Ms. Stahl needs to submit her medical exam report.

We will review her case as soon as we receive the pending document.)

They have received the medical documents twice now. If they would need more documents, where would I submit them?

  3. I dunno. Every one of my relatives that has done an interview has received the visa almost immediately upon returning home. No one has waited six weeks. The doctor has sent to documents twice now, and the embassy has confirmed that they don’t have my medical papers. The doctor received confirmation that the documents were in the consulates hands.

is there no way to contact them by phone?

the only email I’ve gotten is that the don’t have the medical papers. I replied immediately, but no reply back.
