oh so she must wait at least 1year for her EAD or GC then. that;s a long time for a license -
Hello all, My fiance came to the US with the k1-visa, during her 90 day period she obtained her driver's license in Texas. The license expired when her Visa expired. During that time we've submitted her I-485 paperwork and received NOA I-797 receipt back. Can she use this to renew her license? She has her social security card as well If not, what paperwork will I need for her to renew her Texas Driver's License?

Hello, My fiance arrived to Texas thru the K1 visa, which should I do first? Get married then apply for a SSN or apply for a SSN for her, then go get married? THanks

Hello, my fiance is entering the US this month to Texas. I'm looking to get married asap but she doesn't have her SSN yet, will we be able to get married without a SSN or must I wait until after she has been issued a SSN?
