  1. In my passport middle name is “Rajesh kumar” and in my Usa spouse visa which (temporary greencard ) it is written Rajesh KIMAR and in my DS-260 it is written KUMAR only . I have booked my Usa flight tickets while this create problem in immigration at airport .

      There are very slim chances that you may run into issues for your case.

      Since its a middle name which is either mostly abbreviated or least preferred validation as long as First/Last names and Date of birth etc matches.

      But if you want to have an easy fix(not just for your case but for any such slight discrepancy of names in various documents for the same person, for any reasons like last name change after marriage etc), is to execute a self declared Affidavit notarized and having a copy carried along with. This can be shown when such question arises(you dont need to show is without asking though).

      Details about this affidavit? Just state that " I am So and So, this is my first/last names, date of birth and address... . For various reasons my name was misspelled or changed in various documents.. These following names represent me.
