the form is I-797C, Notice of action. right under my address it states, welcome to USCIS. Thank you for your recent submission. the notice type is- USCIS account access notice.

People please help me I am freaking out. My I-751 received date is 8/11/23. notice date is 8/18/23. My NOA only has online access code instructions nothing about 48 months extension. is this normal?

There is still no updates on K1 in India. Had any country started!???

Is usa election the result why these consulates are not functioning!?

Any idea about Mumbai consulate!? Are they even working or not!?

Has any country started processing K1 visa!!??? I mailed Indian Mumbai consulate today and as always got the auto generated reply.

thanks @Alexag i am from india and there is still not any updates from consulates in india. It is really frustration. Do anyone have any idea if we can aply for B1B2 while the k1 visa process is still going on?

Is it true that k1 visa comes under proclamation? just saw on previous posts.

my consulate is mumbai, india. my case status shows ready. but after my case number there is written 01 BMB. whats that?

is that true NVC offices are closed?

Hello people need a help, i m an aliien fiance of US citizen from india, NOA1- 11-4-19 NOA2 02-25-20 and just now we got NVC case number. and the status online shows it is in NVC. the question is can I fill the form DS-160 and schedule the appointment now? or i have to wait until it gets here in mumbai consulate. please help. we have an exam date we already booked in usa thats why in a bit hurry.
