Did they say "conditional approval" after document approval? If not, no - your case is now with the embassy and they'll reach out.
May I ask the reason for expedite if it's not too personal? We have ABD too
This is the wording of the email below, i'm not sure if this is conditionally or unconditionally..?
"The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in ABU DHABI, UAE approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. The National Visa Center sent your immigrant visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in ABU DHABI, UAE for their action. The Embassy/Consulate General will contact you soon to schedule a visa interview."
Of course, my wife is in the USA and deployed with the military, so away from the family home, pets etc.

Hi All,
I have paid my NVC fees but not uploaded any documentation yet. I requested expedite processing and NVC approved and said that my local embassy (Abu Dhabi) would contact me. Should I continue to upload documents to the NVC system or is this step irrelevant now? Thanks. -
Hi all,
I have just received the welcome letter from NVC so I am starting to collect my documents.
Is it correct that my education certificates (From the UK) need to be evaluated to show US equivalency? I was never aware that educational certificates were ever asked for. I wanted to double check before I go ahead with the timely and fairly expensive service to do this.
Thanks, -

Fingers crossed it’s speedy for you! 60 days isn’t too far to have on a countdown! 🤞🏼 No RFE as yet - we checked our application soooo many times before submitting but always worried we fluffed something up!
Does this mean that they will make a final decision on the I-130 within 60 days? or just that they will acknowledge the further evidence has been received within 60 days?

Yes you can still enter on your ESTA , I brought my marriage license and A letter from my college they questioned me twice and made some calls and went through my bags and that was it !
Awesome thank you. My ESTA was originally filed before I was married, do you see this being an issue and I would need a fresh ESTA? It seems I was misinformed about this whole process.

Thank you! And could I just enter using my ESTA that is still valid or do you require a different type of visa?

Does anybody know what the situation is with visiting America for 2-3 weeks during this process? My lawyer suggests against it but I'm not entirely sure why. Thanks

Lol. I understand. I was excited too when I saw it. But I’m not sure if it means anything since so many ppl have gotten the same date change. I’m so confused.
Mine has changed to January 10th... again, no idea what this means.
