Yesterday my husband’s case status changed from refused to administrative processing. It was a 221g refusal and he had to submit a few documents and his passport that he forgot to bring on interview and had to resubmit the joint sponsor form again online. On cgi it was saying passport at embassy/consulate but a few weeks ago that changed to document delivery information. Also I checked ceac and the documents that embassy asked for are still just showing submitted it don't say accepted. Im not sure what this all means the case status change from refused to AP and the documents on ceac not saying accepted. Is this all a good sign that he will be approved? Will the documents on ceac change from submitted to accepted if at the embassy or is that just nvc stage?
