Hello, In filling out Form I-485 the document requires a signature. I have taken my husbands last night since marriage, should I put my maiden name or surname taken after marriage when filling out the signature portion at the end of the document? Thank you for any help!

Hello, My fiance and I were recently K1 approved via interview at the Philippines Consulate. We are now planning travelling together back to the US. I will be flying to the Philippines and we will be flying back. We are thinking of using the ANA airline but am concerned about her going through the airport and being delayed or held up. Am I overthinking this? Would it be better to simply use Philippines Airlines since they would not travel through Japan? I am concerned of potentially being held up in Japan, please advise. Final destination is the U.S. Thank you

Hello, In the situation where the petitioner is not with the beneficiary for the interview, would the beneficiary fill out and bring this to the interview? Or can the petitioner mail this in or submit it online? Appreciate any help, Thank you.
