    I have the same thing. I sent them an email last month. They said if you had an interview scheduled and did not/ could not attend they changed the status. They said it does not adversely affect your visa in anyway. Don't worry about it.

    Thank you. I was really worried about it..

    Please help! Anyone here have the same update in their CEAC website? When I checked my wife's status its says refused. She didn't have the interview due to the suspension. What should we do? Thanks in advance.

    Plus F2A is banned until at least 2021. You would need to be exempt from the ban to get an interview or get the visa issued.

    That'a i really my impression. I just saw that post thats why im looking for any insight from this forum. We just probably gonna wait it out. Thank you.

    They claim they are doing them, But I keep reading on the US Embassy Manila Facebook website that many people are reporting they are not letting them.

    I tried calling them but just automated message. That's what  I read in the website that expiring medical exam is qualified for expedite appointment but im in doubt if they are really doing it. I will keep trying to call embassy.

    Did you submit transcripts or 1040s and W-2 ?  (NVC likes transcripts)     2019 isn't required until after 15 April.     The notice said you were missing a W-2 and tax statement but it didn't state what year?

    Yes i sent transcripts. They accepted it. She's DQd. Her interview will be on march 23rd. They didnt say what year they want.

    @Don and Demi

    thanks for this post. My wife will be having her medical on mar 10 and 11. This will be a great guide for her. And she is from cebu too. 😁

    @Hank_

    this will be an off topic in this thread. Thanks in advance hank and I always value your comment.

    When i checked my wife's ceac account there was a missing document suddenly required from us. It says from w-2 wage and tax statement missing. We haven't received any email from NVC or USEM to provide these documents. I assume these are my 2019 tax documents. We only submitted 2016-18 tax statements when we compeleted her DS260 last year. What do you think?

    Thanks again.

    Hello everyone,

    How long does it take to receive an interview letter from the embassy after you received DQ letter? By the way the foreign state of chargeabilty is Philippines. Thank you.

    Hi,

    My wife have been DQ since jan 16, 2020. No interview letter yet. Its been 5 weeks. VB current, F2A category. Hopefully you'll get yours soon.

    If your wife already has her DQ I don't know that an expedite will do much, probably take longer to get the expedite than your IL  :lol:

    Once you get your interview date and your case file is at the embassy (CEAC status shows READY)  you can reschedule to an earlier date if there is an opening.
