Had my biometrics last week, now I see online that they are ready to schedule my interview for green card. When can I expect my interview? I am k1 adjusting the status. Sent AOS first time in Feb 2021, second time April 2021.

I am k1 visa, adjusting status. I sent AOS first time Feb 26, 2021. Got the whole package back, I made a mistake. Re-applied, had to do everything from the beginning. They received it April 12, 2021. Cheque cashed May1st. Tried to expedite EAD on July 8th, no answer. But today I got biometrics appointment notification in the mail for August 12, 2021.
How long after biometrics we can expect the EAD?

Hi guys, its been few days on my uscis account for my i 485 it says invalid date, before was showing the date they received my docs, is this normal?

Update. Package sent first time in February was denied for not filling out correctly the application. I resubmitted in April, USCIS got it on April 12th. Yesterday May 3rd, got notification that notice was mailed to me. Cheque cashed. I am k1 visa

That was our case also. I never got notice delivery from usps. Just showed that is with usps in chicago. Second time I sent it, it shows delivered on Sunday at 3 am!! 🤣
@SiggyYes I did get a number. I guess I contacted Emma few days before they assigned a number.

I didn't send I 944 now... wich is good. Same for me I sent it first time February 22. Got it back on April 3rd.

Yay! I resubmitted everything yesterday . My mistake was that i choose the option on i 485 that i am imediate relative to a usa citizen ( wich I am 🤣), instead that i came on k1. I sent new forms but not new copies of documents

Where do i send it? I am using Fedex. They send the package back. And they said to send it to po box 805887 chicago, il 60680? As far as i know this adress is for usps. Can someone confirm?

Did we have to leave it blank on i 485? Part 2 , question 3 and 4? I am k1. On question 3 i put my noa2 k1 visa approval notice reciept number. I got my package back since i checked wrong box on another question.

Did they change? Some of them sre changing April 19th I will file before that. I am so confused why they returned my package. I am sending back same documents just extra copies. 😭

My forms came back with the barcode crossed out. Do I have do re-do everything? Or I can send back same forms? And just attach documents ? Another question. I have been previously married before coming to USA, before I did k1. Do I have to submit the divorce certificate for previous marriage? I did this time. Maybe they got confused. Idk

Yes I got I 797 C notice of action with the reciept number, Notice type: rejection notice.

They sent me back the cheque. But they put their stamp on it. And on all the forms at the bottom there are numbers put by them. Looks like they went thru my staff... since they organized it..... I sent my package before my K1 visa expired.... but I married 2 months before k1 expired.

I married after 27 days from the date I entered USA. So i am ok

We did our taxes and I have no SSN yet. When you do your taxes, there is a box you can check that you applied for SSN, and still waiting. You can do it as couple. The taxes have to be mailed in, cant do electronically. We hired an accountant. Make sure your spouse brings ID, you need both IDs. Hope this helps.
