We (my spouse and I) received our NOA2 from Vermont around the end of March. However, we haven’t received any email or letter from the NVC yet and it’s been 3 months, even though I believe the NOA2 stated nvc would contact us with the next step. At first I had assumed the delay was due to covid, but now it’s been a bit longer than what I’d expect a reasonable delay to be. We haven’t received the letter at all and we waited since April... my husband and I called first time in the morning last week to NVC (long wait at the phone untill finally they answered) and we found out the letter have been send to us since may 24th but to our lawyer’s email (which seems it’s not his email anymore) and he didn’t get the letter either, so the NVC lady gave us the number account and finally we could started this process... On the NVC account we were able to change the email but still haven’t got the letter, anyway and most important it’s get the number to start that process and go to the interview queue which is already very long with this pandemic... I hope you can sorted out soon!

 I finally received an answer from USCIS today after my case was transferred from Neb to Vermont on 1/22/2020 (NOA1 2/19/2020). Unfortunately I have to submit “Request for Additional Evidence” and I don’t know exactly what it is that they are looking for as I have not received anything in the mail from them yet. I will update more once I receive. 

The good news after all is they are checking on your case finally! I hope you and everyone else get the approval very soon! I am pretty sure all of you will!

Guys! We just found out our case was approved today! Thank God! It was a long journey and still missing NVC step but we can now say to this one check ✅

As I know UCIS suspended work in areas where they need to be in contact with people, indoor they still working but I haven’t seen much movement in Vermont on the las few days.... maybe this pandemic it’s getting everything slowest as it was before 

We still waiting, our NO1 is March 15/2019, and transferred on the 11th oh February.... We saw on case track that around our number most of the cases were already approved, just 3 cases left including ours but they stopped checking around our numbers.... I guess we just need to wait... stay safe everyone!

I did a Live Chat and the rep insists that it wasn't transferred (and we got no notice saying that it had been). However, our NOA1 was sent from Nebraska (IOE receipt number). We filed an I129F last month and THAT NOA1 did come from Vermont. So now I don't exactly know if the I130 has always been there or if it was transferred there.

It’s better make a call at first time in the morning and ask for an officer 2. But if your NO1 was send from Nebraska then I  would go with that, still better confirm with the call.

My case has been transferred from Texas to Vermont service centre on 24th Feb.

My PD is Nov4,2019.

Unfortunately there is not enough Vermont cases on VJ to have an idea about timelines. 

 

 

As I said before, we use an app call “tracker case” where you can search your number case and it will show you all the cases around yours. As an example our case finish in 95# and we serch from 500 to see all the cases around us, that means you can play with the numbers to see in which dates are working on. I hope I was clear.

Oh, yes I understand, it doesn’t make sense, it should have an order, anyway we just need to wait, after the transfer they send a message saying the case will be review in the next two months, so I guess we still on that time... Waiting  it’s not my thing so I am learning it

My NOA1 is 15th of March, let’s keep prying together to get an answer soon! And I recommend that app, it gives you updates in real life

Omg! I am still waiting For approval but I know many people has been requested for additional information, the letter could take 5 days. There is in Facebook a group name “I-130 Filers Immigration visa group”, have a look in there and even you could ask who else is in the same situation, maybe they can tell you what are they asking for, just to have an idea (each case is different but it’s so many people in the same situation).

However, I know that my packet went a long with my lawyers packet for her other clientele and only mine was sent to Nebraska while the rest went to Texas. Those clienteles were approved in Dec 2019. I hope and pray we here something by Friday if not by next Friday at least since Vermont and Nebraska are working on March 2019.

We got the letter yesterday as well! So Vermont it is!! 

Hi guys! I been transferred from Nebraska to another Center on the 10th of February and my Noa1 is 15th of March, 2019,  we haven’t get the notice letter yet where it says the new Center. It’s good to find someone to share the same experience with... has anyone who’s been transferred a while ago received any news?

Exactly! We been waiting 11 months, one month more it’s ok... I read it could be one week, two weeks, one month, we never truly know when they are going to review our cases and people says it’s good we been transfer because that means they will focus on us, so be patient 🍃

Hey guys, just to let you know, we been reading forums and everyone says when your case is transfer to another center it’s because your case it’s going to have an answer soon! So it’s a good news! Also we been checking our case status and it has changed again, just in case you want to have a look at it as well, I am sending you photos whit the changes

I got the same email today, my husband it’s a citizen and we are 11 months waiting for the approval, however we haven’t received the notice from the new center yet... we been looking for news about it and we found that shouldn’t change/increase the times, lets see what happens.. where you in Nebraska center?
