    Guys,need a little advice from you,

    Since I got approved on 24 aug,I got a touch on 26.(sunday) and nothing since then. Is this normal?

    my I 130 and I129F got approved same day,status changed to "approval notice sent".It is ok .

    I am worried because of my daughter 's I 130 is untouched and still shows pending.

    My husband told me we have to wait by the end of the week ,and he is sure that we'll receive her I130 approval too in snail mail.

    However ,I am getting worried.

    I think "in the mail" means that they're in the CSC mail room. I'm going to guess that everything gets gathered up by the CSC mail person (who has been in rehab for his crack addiction since the end of July by the way) and brought down to the post office...let's hope his rehab is going well so he can get back to work and get our paperwork in the mail!!!

    Parachute is with his wife and family,and as far as I know he has no internet-access now.

    I have a feeling that he got approved.

    Thanks Zolanden. I guess I've been a little out of the loop for a few days. After we got our NOA2 a week ago, I decided I needed a nice break from the whole process AND THE STRESS!!! I'm back now, but a lot less paranoid than before we got our NOA2. CSC moves, but awfully slow. We'll all get our paperwork sent to NVC...we've got decades to enjoy every day with our spouses...we should be able to wait another couple of months to be reunited with them ;) I've realized this whole process is a lot easier when you're not stressing over where your paperwork is every minute of every day :)

    You 're absolutely right! After we got ours,I became breathe and smile normally again.

    I am more optimistic like I was before NOA2.

    you will be getting hard copy within a week..................i gurantee you will get the approved letter for the both petition as same thing happens to be too...............

    You mean we'll get the approved letters,on both of I130, (me and daughter) and I129F?

    I am a bit worried that her I130 is still pending according the site,however mine approved already.

    Zolanden, like Sau we received our NOA2 in mail within a week after approval. I think that your daughter I 130 is approved too but they didn't update online status. If it is not approved yet there is not a problem for her to go to USA with K4 visa. In spite of that you have to call USCIS if they didn't approve her petition.

    I talked with my husband recently and he told me that he thinks too that my daughter is approved,just they "skipped" her update.We'll see,but thank you for the important info,"If it is not approved yet there is not a problem for her to go to USA with K4 visa."---I never could leave without her.

    Hey Everyone,

    At first,I wish a very speedy transfer for everyone,especially for you,Neel.(Of course for the others too,including myself). :thumbs:

    As you already know,we got approved on 24.aug.However,my daughter's I 130 is still pending,and no touch on it since mid march.

    Maybe her I 130 is got approved too, without any update or email?

    After the approval emails ,when should my husband expect the NOA2 hardcopies? Within a week or so?

    Should he call them about my daughter's case,or just wait by the end of the week,maybe he will get her NOA2 too in snail mail?

    any thoughts,experiences would be appreciated!

I think the transfer time from the approval to the final interview should be about 3 months time?? that's looking at the IR1-CR1 forum ... Next up is you MyHoney... then most of the March people would have been approved.. then I can wait for my approval too... :thumbs: :thumbs:

    Thank you...and thank you all.

    Now we are in same boat,I keep praying for every one of us for a speedy transfer.

    I know I have to wait for the NVC transfer,then the Embassy-thing,but I am SO relieved,so now I do not care.

    Neel, I really really hope that you'll be transferred(and others too of course) by the early mid next week. :thumbs:
