  1. I hope that everyone can be reunited with their loved ones as soon as possible.. =) at least we are all in this together... I email her and see her on webcam everyday... but it just isn't the same.. :crying: :crying:

    I feel your pain,believe me.

All I can say,try to keep the faith and hang in there a little bit.

The wait is horrible but all we can do is wait and pray for the best.

    Good luck to you.

  2. Who else has an interview this week? Good luck to everyone who does

Our interview is this Friday. I am flying down to Peru to go to the interview with my wife and to bring her back. She would probably freak out if she had to go through customs and find her way through the Houston airport by herself :o If all goes according to plan, we'll be back on Halloween  Wish us luck!

Good luck! Can't wait to hear about passing the interview! We have ours on Monday! I'm getting so excited I don't know what to do with myself! My wife is so wonderful and we've been apart for so long...I can't believe we are almost at the end!

    Lvivlovers and Erika's husband

I wish luck to you and your spouses ! Everything will be fine.

    Keep us posted anyways.

  3. Hey Everyone!

A little update again from me:

I called the Embassy today.I asked them whether I could schedule my interview by phone,B'cause I am ready for it.

I was told by a gentleman to call back this thursday and we can schedule an appointment. :)

Unfortunately I cannot call them tomorrow because tomorrow is a national holiday in my country.

I wish everyone goooood luck !

    (Including me haha! )

  4. ANY SUGGESTIONS ??? I called the NVC and they told me that there's still nothing, but I need to call the CSC to see if my petition has been sent, so I call the CSC and I think even if they know it's been shipped out they're not going to tell you, but they do say to contact the NVC to see if it's there !! What gives??? Sounds like the old "passing the buck routine"

Has anybody had any luck finding out for sure if their petition has been sent by the CSC, or is it just better to concentrate on calling the NVC and see if it shows up there ?? :crying: :crying:

    Hey!

We never called the CSC. In my opinion,it is just better to concentrate on calling NVC.You'll be reach them really soon.

The waiting time has become a month nowadays.

Keep them calling, and hang in there just a little more!

    Good luck!

Keep things moving Zolanden ! Get that medical done !

Will be calling the CSC again today, almost 5 weeks now. My wife has a big week this week ( police clearances, seminar, passport applications ) so I'm praying for her too !!

    OK Jim:)

I have appointment for wednesday.(medical part two!).

I wish luck to your wife!!

Keep us posted about the transfer!

  6. Congratulations Zolanden!!!

Parachute this waiting for the transfer is very stressful but it is time for your case to be received in NVC. Wish you luck

Just called CSC. After 4 weeks my petition is still sitting in their staging area. She doesn't know why except that it could have been the first in the bin for the next bulk shipment to go out. She told me to call back in a week. My stepdaughter's I-130 has been touched 3 days in a row after receipt of the RFE, so it's a waiting game there too. I'm afraid it's going to be a LONG weekend :crying: :crying: :crying: !!

Call NVC every day. Unfortunately we are almost helpless to fight with CSC. Wish you to pass this nightmare very soon

Jim,all I can say is the same like Kalina said.Call them (NVC) every day.I really wish you luck !.As of me,it took them 6 weeks just to transfer the case. However, everything IS faster after this part.My daughter's I130 was touched on Sept. 30,nothing since then.At least I know that they haven't lost her case.Hang in there!

  7. My case got forwarded yesterday....yayayaya...so when should i check to see if the embassy got the packet???

Great news Jade! I know that this waiting was very difficult but finally it is behind you    Wait 3 - 4 days and after that call embassy. Wish you luck and fast ending of the process!!!

So,can or should I call the embassy at this point? Should I receive any letter stating that they received my case?

Case left the NVC on the 4th.Oct.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    Z.-

  8. Hey a quick poll!

Based on my timeline in my signature, when do you think the papers will arrive at the embassy? (Keep in mind the I129F was recently approved also)

    1. Late October

    2. Early November

    3. Mid November

    4. Late November

    5. Sometime in December

Just reply back with a #

    Thanks :)

I vote for #1. You;ll be quicker with the transfer since we're talking about the VSC verses the CSC. In fact I could have your papers delivered in a few hours by riding my BIKE to the NVC   !!

    1!!
