We sent our AOS package on 14,march,

it was delivered on 18,march,but no NOA yet.

How can I find out if my check cashed already?Where can I find?

Any help would be appreciated!

If you paid with a personal check , you can check it with your bank and if you used Western Union money order then you can call the customer service hotline. Just wait for a few more days and your NOAs will be there soon. Good luck!

HEY, I checked the Visa appointment website today, we have an interview date of DECEMBER 5th :dance:

I received a NOA2 for both my I-129 and I-130 with "APPROVED" on both! I feel like a million bucks and never thougt that this would happen before the end of the year!

Congratulations! The worst part is over and the rest will go much more quickly!

they kept all his documents...just returned him the passport and the sheet of paper asking for the co-sponsor's wife's signature...even though she makes nothing.... she is a homemaker. i am shocked how badly NEW DELHI is handling cases.

We passed interview today. Visas will be delivered on Friday or Monday. Everything was o.k. The most difficult part was security checks because I am with baby and they didn't allow me to go there with the baby carriage. So I had to carry my 9 kg. baby in hands all the time :)

They asked me only if I have been in USA before and for how long. I've been there for 6 months before a year. The most important is to have all required documents. The officer refuse to take photos and etc. because we have a child and this is a proof for relationship. I am very happy now. This journey is so exhausting.

Parachute, wonderful news. Now everything will be faster. You are close to the final.

Hello, My friends! I just wanted to say that we are only a couple days away from our interview! Monday is the big day for us...I almost can't believe it's finally time!

I'm a little bit nervous, but Oleksandra, the one who is being interviewed, doesn't appear to be nervous at all! Go figure!

I wrote in the box - "K3 visa" and there were no problems. This question is for non immigrants who have to prove that will come back from USA. So Zolanden I think that they will not look at this at all. Don't worry. Ask if you have any other questions.

It took 40 days and 40 nights but as of yesterday my approved petition is at the NVC. They said it should be on to the embassy by Friday !! :dance:

I do have a potential problem with middle names now but I'm hoping to address that issue at the embassy.

Our interview is this Friday. I am flying down to Peru to go to the interview with my wife and to bring her back. She would probably freak out if she had to go through customs and find her way through the Houston airport by herself If all goes according to plan, we'll be back on Halloween Wish us luck!

Our interview is tomorrow. Wish me luck friends. Now I am checking again documents. Maybe I will not sleep tonight.
