      Honestly i have no idea, last Apr 14 our status changed to "in transit" and its been like that not until today June 15, 2020. 

       

      I will ask my fiancé to call the NVC and ask when. Ill update.

      Hi po! Im guessing that not all are open, i live in Cebu which right now has no available yet until July but the DFA website has specific areas that are open. Just try to make an online appointment if you live one of the listed area that are reopening, if theres no availability then try to check and make updates.
