Thank you. Does your Noa2 mean the Case number?
No, it's the approval letter.

Congrats on your approval!! Mine is pretty similar to your timeline. Did you receive email from USCIS too?
No I didn't get any emails and I still haven't even gotten one with the approval. The noa2 is under the documents tab on the uscis website.

How do you know the case was under active review? mine says "Invalid date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed" ?
Mine said the same as yours for the past 2 months. Yesterday it changed to "December 21, 2020 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". I saw that others on the forum got their approval soon after the actively reviewed status so I checked again today, and sure enough, it said case was approved.

Noa1 Jan 13, 2020, filed online. One date change Feb 8. Just contacted live chat and was told we are still at Potomac.
Another thing that may or may not matter to uscis, is that I filed from outside the country where I've been staying with my spouse.
Do I put survivor benefit on i864
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Good evening all,
I'm filling out the i864. I have 3 children, 2 from my late husband receiving the social security survivor benefit and one I adopted who receives adoption benefit. Do I put these on the i864, since they are considered the kids income, or not?
For more information, I don't make enough to sponsor my husband even with these benefits so we have a joint sponsor.
Thanks!
