One thing I did before proposing was ask my GF if she would rather live in the USA or the Philippines. She said "either one as long as we are together" and later said she is curious about the USA but if she were forced to choose she would stay in the Phil's.
I felt confident she had no bad intentions based on our conversations BEFORE I proposed to her.

Stop spreading propaganda terror points. The video you linked too has NO footage of the hospital or people waiting to get in.
Another point is that anyone entering the hospital in Cebu must take a PCR and WAIT OUTSIDE for the result. It doesn't matter what you are there for and this has been the practice since last year.
No news here.
