@gr8life it's not in the first step, it's at the end, see attached screenshot:
if you're on desktop it's on the top right part of the page, where your profile is shaped like a letter
Thanks for pointing that out. However when I try to choose a visa category I don't see CR2 as an option. I see IR2 but no option for CR2.

For “Step 1: Register Online and Select a Document Pick-up Location”
There is no option for CR1/CR2 when selecting the visa type on the ustraveldocs website. Has anyone else experienced this/have any advise?

For the Cho Ray Hospital (CRH) or The International Organization for Migration (IOM) medical examination locations is there a way to schedule an appointment for the medical examination online or would it be scheduled by physically going there?
-
Update: It took about a month to receive the interview letter. Hopefully this helps anyone else who's in the same situation.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an interview scheduled at the Ho Chi Minh consulate after getting DQ by the NVC for a CR1 visa Thanks!

Incorrect. Attached below is the processing times for NVC after you have submitted all your documents to them. Takes roughly 2 weeks after document submission for them to review your file and DQ you (if appropriate). NVC has drastically improved its efficiency in managing the caseload. When we were DQd it took us 3 months to get DQd and an additional 6 weeks for USCIS tp transfer our case to NVC. Things have become alot faster at NVC stage now for you guys. So thats a relief. However, as someone above mentioned, the real painstakingly long wait starts AFTER DQ.
Thanks for clearing that up I understand now! Glad to see that the NVC step has gotten somewhat faster now. I’m still waiting on the welcome letter and gathering all the documentation in the meantime.

The backlog for this isn't that high, you should be getting it in the next couple of weeks. The real wait is after getting documentary qualified (DQ) which is currently around 3 months after you submit (and without hiccups).
Sorry I think i’m slightly confused. Do you mean after the NVC gives me the welcome letter it takes them about 3 months to DQ the file? -
Slightly unrelated but in terms of the I-130 approval to getting the NVC welcome letter how long has that been taking? I see Islamabad has a very long wait so just trying to get an idea of how long the NVC process is going to take before we have to wait on the Islamabad embassy.
Our I-130 was approved a couple days ago and we haven’t gotten anything from the NVC yet.

Mine I130 when originally filled online was at Potomac, but afterwards it got transferred to Nebraska as per Emma live agent. I believe it is still at Nebraska but didn't check it again with Emma recently.
Oh ok. I honestly don’t know why my Nebraska i130 was approved rather quickly. I did file the K-3 not sure if that had any effect on it. I read earlier that if I want to have both i130’s processed together/linked at the NVC I have to wait till they’re both approved. The waiting game continues.

Congratulations. Thanks for update. Mine is still showing 1 week (NOA1 date is 17th Jan 2023). Hoping for the best.
Thanks! I have another i130 for an IR2 which is also showing 1 week for me. The status however hasn’t changed from case was received since I filed online. I had filed both my previously approved i130 and the pending i130 together. Which service center is yours at if you don’t mind me asking?
Both of mine were originally at the Texas service center but the first i130 approval came from Nebraska and Emma says my other i130 is being processed at Vermont. Hoping we both hear some good news soon!

UPDATE: Absolutely speechless. I got a notification yesterday that my case was being actively reviewed again. Went under the documents tab online and the approval notice was there! I’m completely shocked. Good luck to everyone keep your hopes up!

Has anyone had any updates on their I-130’s? My online USCIS page was showing 1 week remaining and now shows the taking longer than expected message. I’ve read its not reliable but hoping for the best!

I'm sorry but I don't have time to wait on the phone with them. I'm considered "an essential worker" so I need to make money while I still can. Usually it will show up under "my docs" after 24hrs.
No worries mate, I was only suggesting, hopefully its good news for you when it comes!

I'm not kidding. What has me worried that it is the standard respond you get when the scheduled your interview the first time around. It's not "re-schedule" notice. So I have no idea if it means a date has been actually picked, or if someone just restarted a computer system.
If you don’t mind me asking, is that what the egov tracker site says or the uscis.com one?

Well this is interesting.
Just received an email that my oath ceremony has been scheduled. There is no info in myuscis, the descheduling notice is still the last date there.
Hoping, again better judgement, that this is not a fluke. I'll keep you posted if the notice comes in or if it shows up in myuscis
@Fr8dog Hopefully it’s the real deal! If you call the uscis line you can ask them for the date and location. I was able to do this with my biometrics and interview notice before I even received it in my account. The agent was able to tell me the dates over the phone. If you try it out let us know! Good luck.

Oath ceremony scheduled, march 23rd
@Fr8dog Congratulations. My timeline has been pretty much in line with yours as i’m at the Norfolk Field Office too. May I ask if your location for your ceremony is in Richmond, if you don’t mind?

My estimated completion time changed from July 2020 to May 2020. No interview date yet, Chicago office. I was just checking randomly today.
Nice! Mine went from April 2020 to March 2020 upon randomly checking a couple days ago. Not major but still better than nothing!

So I got the email at 11:59pm on the 23rd. The appointment letter is not showing up yet, but with x-mas that is not surprising. I don't know when Norfolk would have an opening, but I'm assuming somewhere in January or February.
The only odd ball thing I have, is that we have had an ROC interview but never heard anything from them after that.
When I got my 551 stamp in my passport a few weeks back they did tell me that they had to sent the file back to the NBC at their request to process the N-400.
When we went in for the ROC interview they were missing documents again (I had copies of them on me thank god) and before they scheduled that interview, we got an RFE for a bunch of documents that were submitted during the AOS. So it looks like my file is getting dropped on a regular base and stuff goes missing.
We got the AOS done without an interview so I figured we would get one for the ROC. But it has been over 5 months since that interview.
When I got my message for my biometrics appointment (I hadn't gotten the actual notice in the mail or online at this point) I was able to call the USCIS support line number and ask the agent for the date and location. You may be able to try that for the interview as well.

Got the email my interview is scheduled, doesn't show a date online yet.
Congratulations on that. I see you're filing from the Norfolk office just like me. From looking at your timeline, I had my biometrics about a few weeks after you did. I haven't gotten my interview notice as of yet, however, when I called their service line yesterday they informed me an interview date had been requested and I should be getting the notice within a week or two. Pretty hopeful about that after seeing your comment! My current completion date shows March 2020. What about yours, if I may ask?

The interview date was about a month and a half out from our date of being DQ'd. The interview itself went really well and it was fairly easy. We received the visa in a couple days after the interview.
Not sure if it helped us but we uploaded a ton of evidence of our relationship online on the CEAC site a week before our interview. We only got asked three basic questions about how we met, what job I do in the US, and if we have any kids together.
