Your Welcome
Hey quick question...when the petitioner doesn't meet the income requirement for the k1 visa process can the petitioner use a co sponsor who is a long time friend or a co sponsor is not needed at all for the for the k1 visa process and all that's needed is just the affidavit of support ?

Hey,
I shared my timeline, whatever the address is you put just make sure the address is correct because you will need to use the Trinidad address again Trinidad don't have zip code so you leave it blank
The form was 535US I used a personal check and I did two day shipping to know when they received the package. About two weeks later It came out my account
Documents I send with the application 1-129f
personal check for 535us to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (you can to person check or money order)
pictures of both of us
western union transactions
plane tickets
letters he wrote me
watsapp messages (a lot)
passport pages where I visit trinidad
Just make copies of evidence because they will ask for it
I just wanted to be safe however for his interview he didn't give all those evidence and the embassy give him back the evidence
copy of the petitioner nationalization or us birth certificate I was born in Trinidad so I send the naturalization certificate
copy of my passport
one color photo of myself (petitioner) and my fiancé
intent to marry in 90 days letter sign by both my fiancé
I hope this helps let me know if you have any other questions an message me
Wow thanks so much sounds pretty simple and thanks for extending ur assistance I will surely need it!

Direct Consular Filing cases requires that applicants pay the Consulate directly, instead of through the NVC, as the NVC is skipped altogether. The fees are for the State Departments handling of the case, including filing, reviewing, printing of visas.
all immigrant visas require a medical examination of the principal immigrant by a consular approved panel physician. Some physicians require that an appointment confirmation is in hand before allowing one to be scheduled.
Nice thanks for ur response

hi goodnight. I had to wait for the appointment packages in order to schedule the medical. At the interview i had to pay for the immigrant visa which was 325usd P.S the TT embassy only accepts links or exact cash payments in TTD or USD.
Good day what process are we talking about here? Thanks

This is what i find on the IRS site so I don't think it does count as it is not part of her gross income but i did not have this so i will stand corrected by other members if they were allowed to claim it
No, child support payments aren't considered taxable income, according to the IRS. Child support payments are neither deductible by the payer nor taxable to the payee. So when you calculate your gross income to see if you are required to file a tax return, don't include child support payments received.
THanks so much u have been quite helpful...

for 7 people you and her and 5 kids she needs to be making at least $39,010 and that is considered not much if she lives in an expensive area
to AOS after marriage it costs $1225 now and will go up to over $2000 (USCIS wants to up the fee) later this year
she needs to be making 125% to Do AOS which is $48.762.50
Does child support counts as meeting the requirements

Thanks so much for ur response

Does the same thing apply to the Cr1 process and would a co sponsor eliminate these things and how much would would the co sponsor need to be making?

2020 will not be out till after the 20th
and that is only 100% for the K1
need 125 % for the AOS or CR1 visa
and she will need to provide proof she can afford health care insurance till she can add you to hers
Could u give me some more clarity on the 100% k1 and 125% AOS thanks hope I'm not being a burden

Having only met once, talk of marriage may be premature, you can certainly apply for a B Visa, only costs $160 to find out.
Trust me there's nothing premature here the love is real and strong and thanks for ur response 👍🏾

Oh, gotcha. I thought you had already started the process.
It's good that you are considering your options. I did the K1, but for me it was very hard to not be able to work for 7 months after arrival. I would recommend doing the CR1 instead.
Is she able to travel to you during the process? Or can you meet in a third country?
She she visited me once already and now it's even harder since we got 5 kids and no help from family or a babysitter and has a very demanding job which makes it harder for her to visit me
oh btw what's the yearly salary is she have to provide for me herself and our 5 kids??? That's my real main concern I think we may need a co sponsor
and wow 7 months unemployed that's tuff☹️

It was hard to tell from your post if you were talking about your wife or an actual baby. It helps to give us a bit more information.
Also, you say she's your future wife? I hope you are actually married; otherwise the CR1 is not the right visa for you.
Yes we are considering what to do as we are currently engaged and it's possible to get married the only concern is time away from each other will be very difficult as the Cr1 takes time and it's easier for me to travel providing I have the tourist visa so that's why I ask the question
thanks for ur concerns

Unaccompanied Minors on international flight is per the airlines policy.. note! Some airlines will not accept minors, others treat those over 12 as adults and do not assist them in any way “BAD BAD BAD where transfers are needed” generally, under 5 is very difficult because you basically need a babysitter the entire trip..
Additional fees are charged for unaccompanied minors also
check airline policies
So silly that U think I'm speaking about a child lmao when to me it's clear I'm referring to my future wife in regards to the Cr1 visa🤦🏾♂️

Is it advisable to apply for a tourist visa while married to a US Citizen or while going through the Cr1 process? I miss my baby so much 😭
Thanks
