    It takes up to 3months for nvc case filled online to be approved . It takes up to a year and six months to get a visa interview after nvc approves your case online. They send you a letter via email for an interview appointment

    Hello everyone. My ir1 visa was approved yesterday and i am currently 36weeks pregnant. I checked online and found out that i can't fly because I am almost due. Please will my child need a visa to accompany me after being born? What document is needed for the child after birth? Your response will go a long way for me...thanks
