Yes, not common but  does happen.    The support evidence is still listed as required on the checklist .. at the option of the CO whether it is asked for or not.     As I say ... Be Prepared!

Another quick question, we don't have a copy of our I-129f, can we just fill up a new one?

Can we have the I-134 and other documents scanned and sent to me via email? Because I read somewhere that it should have the original signature. No need to send via FedEx? Thanks😊

You don’t have to wait for the letter from the embassy. But you have to fill out the DS-160 for you to be able to schedule your interview appointment. As long as you have your receipt number, you’re good. When scheduling the interview, it asks for your Manila case number and the receipt number.

Everything is written on @Hank_’s website if you want to look it up. Hope this helps.

Ohh thank you very much for that. Quick question, do I have to schedule the medical first though? And thank for the link as well I will check it out😊

Follow up to my earlier post as I now know your embassy. If you travel over to the Sub-forum for the PI you'll be interacting with others for USEM and their visa experience. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of the page, select "forum" and scroll 3/4 of the page down to arrive at the sub-forum links.

Second suggestion is to go to the US embassy for the Philippines and you will find the P3 letter as it is posted their and not sent to PI applicants.

    NOTE:

The PSA in the Philippines is notorious for misspellings and missing information on birth certificates. You should look over your BC to make sure everything is correct as well as your passport. Now is the time to get that corrected. You might want to get a copy of your NBI to see if there are any problems with it. Again, now is a better time to get it corrected if you find something wrong. Be sure to use all your AKA's when they do the search. Make sure your passport doesn't expire any time before a year from now as this is a long process and you could be running around getting a new one at the last minute. So get it renewed if it is expiring in 2019.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

I will read up on it. Thank you very much😊
