    If you are renting an apartment, You can show the leasing office your bank statement. I know many properties asked tenant 3x rule in order to qualify the rental, and some of them accept bank statement as well, you probably need to have 3 times of the total lease on your bank balance. you can check on their website or ask them. also you can try to rent from private landlord they might ask less than apartment complex office.
