She been here in USA sinced Dec. 2006 and they got married last Jan. 2007..She didn't apply for AOS yet..and her K1 visa expired at third week of June 2007.Will she get introuble if she apply after her visa expired? So basically you included a bunch of stuff they didn't ask for, but missed out one thing they did ask for. Don't be surprised if you get an RFE.

Okay, this will sound like a silly question. I had my embassy interview on Monday. The visa was granted. A courier delivered a black plastic bag today which feels like it contains my passport and my visa.

At the embassy i was instructed NOT to open the parcel. I'm being silly - is it okay to open the black plastic container bag which contains the passport and parcel?

hmm..no offense to the fans..but I predict it's out of the theater and on DVD by the third week of July..

Can I hold you to that? Spiderman3 - the first of this summer's blockbusters has broken all records for ticket sales - and that is in spite of the mixed reviews.

Shrek3 will be opening tomorrow and will do well also. Transformers is coming out on the 4th of July - with the theme very similar to another movie that was released on that day, Independence Day - which did well even though it was really not that great of a movie. It's all about entertainment...the summer audience wants eye candy over substance.

My AOS application was approved today (without interview or any RFE's)

by the California Service Center. This puts them right in accordance with

their currect case processing time.

hi there! we got the marriage license a day before the wedding ceremony. 2 weeks after the wedding,( as what was written in the instruction and using the envelope they provided) we sent a request for certified copy with a check for payment. They sent it back 5 days after.

My I-94 will expire this 31st of May. We're still about to send our AOS. NO WORRIES!!

They just asked for my passport number. Then, when we got married to change the name i needed to show the marriage certificate, but even like this, they never asked for any other document, because i dont have any "power" over his account...

o my...we dont have a joint bank account yet coz the bank is askin for my ssn which i dont have coz the ss offfice wont give me one unless i provide the EAD and i dont have it yet.......almost all the documents that you guys mentioned all require the ssn for them to include my name on whatever my husband has,like the bank, the insurance,the lease of the house....Right now all we have is the marriage certificate, some photos and some mail addressed to me with our home address on it....Im really on a panic right now..may 7 is almost there

Hi there! Last week, my husband and I went to add me to his account. We showed our marriage license, my passport with the US visa, and my SS number but they said I need to have some kinda picture ID in the US or from DMV. So, I was not added to his account. With that, we need to wait til I'll have my greencard soon and for sure, things will ok by then!
