Same thing happened on my interview last year August. It took them four months to get back to me. I was finally approved when I submitted the police report. I'm already in the states.i hope this help.

Mine did not go to non immigrant.. It stayed in immigrant status but went to issued this morning.

Hoping for something positive soon
Interview on 28th Oct , submitted missing documents on 7 Nov.. and was in AP since then. Finally yesterday morning it went to ready and in the afternoon flipped back to AP with updated Case Created: date to the 11th DEC as well. From what I have read here, issued seems to follow quite quickly.. fingers crossed.
