A lot of people has been waiting for a month for NOA so you are still okay. Good luck.
Thanks a lot, Nancy!

Greetings Everyone,
I received confirmation from USPS that the AOS package was delivered on 8/4, yet I have not yet received notification from USCIS that they are working on it (G-1145).
I see that the average timeframe for an NOA is ~10 days, so is this normal?

The form is for her to complete- so it would be her debts if she had any. As far as health insurance you may or may not be aware but you have a limited amount of time to sign up after you get married. Highly recommend doing that ASAP not just for immigration purposes but for her health 🙂
Got it.
Thanks again for your time in answering our questions! Take care and stay safe!

Greetings my fellow forum friends,
My wife and I are filling out the I-944 and have some questions on the liabilities/insurance sections. Are the liabilities to include mine as well (i.e. mortgage, credit card bills, etc.), or only her's? She does not currently have any debt, so I'm assuming I'd include mine. Also, for the health insurance question, I am going to eventually add her to my employer-provided coverage, but have not yet. I realize it may be a stupid question, but I'm assuming my wife selects "I will soon enroll" and includes the proof once I add her to my plan.
Thanks again, everyone!

It could be that you submitted a copy of the divorce certificate (typically a single-page document recorded at the state/county department of vital statistics, along with other such documents, i.e: marriage and birth certificates), rather than the full decree absolute. I suggest you respond with a certified copy of the full decree.
Thank you for the quick response! I did not send them the full decree, so it makes sense they are requesting it.

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I received a RFE stating that the divorce decree between me and my ex-wife does not show evidence of being civilly filed of recorded. The letter states to "submit evidence that the divorce decree is final and was recorded with the appropriate court registrar".
I included an official copy of the dissolution of marriage certificate signed by the judge after my divorce, but is there something else I should submit? Thank you again for your help!

Right. This is my experience as well. It took ~20 or so days until I received the NOA.
