Case approved on Oct 11th from USCIS but still havent heard anything from NVC? How long could it possibly take? I tried calling NVC but I have no options to hold for a representative and the call just disconnects after saying high call volume.

after i130 approval, around a month a half to get case number
Around 6 days.
Our approval was 09/17 and letter arrived 09/23.
Case sent to dept of state 09/30
Case received by NVC: 10/07
Case created at NVC: 11/01
Hope this helps
Do you mean "a month and a half? As in 1.5 months? Also, how does NVC make contact? Via email? Who's email? Beneficiary or petitioner?

How did you find out? Mail or website? 😭 i hope ours will he next
Email and checked case status. Didn't get a text message though. This was filed at California service center (despite being upgraded from LPR to citizen), date 3/15/2019. They asked for evidence (passport photo) on 9/3, and aproved 10/11.

I dont think your PD will change however i will agree that your case will be transferred to the Texas service center. Yes i would call and just ask them how will this change affect my petition and is there anything you need to do on your end.
Well good news, my case was approved today!

Are you the petitioner? If so i urge you to contact USCIS and ask them to change your citizenship status and provide them documentation that you are indeed a US citizen. Permanent residents has a different processing and its a slower process as there is limited visas provided to PR as there are no limits for US citizens.
Yes, I should have mentioned, I had adjusted my case status (which they didn't do until another month after submitting proof, until i called them). Now that we are talking about this, does anyone know if this changes my priority date? From initial march filing to June when they finally updated it?

Anyone from California service center hear anything? Was a Green card holder then became citizen a month after filing in march.

Anyone filing for INDIA? We just recieved documentary qualified. I submitted all the petitioner documents back in december, but werent able to submit civil documents until february 4th. Looks like we got qualified based on initial submission of financial documents rather than complete submission date.
Anyone know how long itll take to get an interview date, and possibly how long the wait for an interview is?
Rough timeline: filed march 14th, 2019. Uscis approved October, NVC case created/paid fees in november, financial documents submitted december, civil documents submitted february, documents qualified march 3rd.
