My fiancee got to the interview and she was denied because:
Her brother sent an invite for visitors last year and she was denied in June and we sent in the K-1 Petition a month after. They asked her if she was engaged then, then why is she going to visit her brother and not me. But she wanted to go because she is the God mother of his brothers baby and she had to go for the Christening.
The Councillor then went to ask another Councillor and came up and said she is ineligible at this moment. I dont even know if we can have a review or appeal because it said she is ineligible under 221(g)
I just received an email from USPS, of a letter i am receiving today and its coming over from USCIS, Im not sure if i am approved or not. the website still says the same exact thing ""CASE HAS BEEN RECEIVED"".
My heart is racing 1000 miles per hour lol im not sure if its good new or bad new lol, but i am hopeful. Fingers crossed.
I should have stayed home and not come to work lol.
