    Hi everyone. My case is F4 type, after the interview on 6 the august 2019, my status was administrative processing and CO asked some tax return documents, documents were provided and my case was updating regularly, but status was " administrative processing". Today my status is c hanged to "refused", is that mean my visa is rejected? anyone had similar experience please share.
