Out of curiosity, will your fiancée be allowed to travel to the US?
Hey, sorry for late response. We will have to go to 3rd country for 14 days unless our NIE is approved. They said they are considering it. So, it depends.

My fiancé had his interview today and was approved. We are plaintiffs in the lawsuit though. You will need a new medical. Wait until you get an interview date. Your visa is only valid for as long as the validity of your medical.
Not sure about your other questions. Hope you can see your family soon!

Basically, this is nothing new. It's literally the same language they've been using. For the countries affected by the proclamation, nothing will change. For others, well, they might see movement.

It doesn't have to be printed, you can show it on your phone. I printed it just in case. It does NOT attach to your passport or anything like that. You will be responsible for providing it via phone or printed copy to the border agent. Here's the link: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/public-health-passenger-locator-form. 😊

Hi! I came to England at the end of July (flew into Manchester). Ensure you have the correct quarantine form. I had the right one but UK Citizens in line in front of me actually had the wrong form. I honestly stressed for weeks about it and was worried but the Border agent asked if I knew I had to quarantine and I said yeah and that was that. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.

Original plaintiffs only paid $1000. Also, everyone who had an interview and got approved, got their visa in hand or is waiting for it in the mail. Everyone who got it has gone to a 3rd country and then entered US (many of them already) or are in a 3rd country now or will be soon. So, yeah, we won and it’s not “better than nothing” cause we are actually getting to the US successfully. The new plaintiffs who jumped on the bandwagon after we won are the ones paying $2000. Before we went along with the lawsuit, we all discussed that we would do the 3rd country route if the ban wasn’t lifted. Pretty great win if you ask me 🤷🏼♀️ Better than sitting on our hands and hoping.
