Amazing! I can’t believe it. I had summit all documents on Thursday and they had sent a message: received & approved it on same day June 18, 2020. Now, visa appointment date is waiting from consulate once embassy is open.

Did NVC send you a received message when you submitted all your documents? I submitted everything yesterday but only thing I can see is a submitted status but not a received..

  2. Hello everyone... please can you help me with two doubts? My wife is applying for the "Certificate of Citizenship N-600" she is 25 yo and she derivated citizenship +10 years ago (she has a US passport already) but she wants to have this certificate anyway to avoid any problem during my CR1 process (currently at NVC stage).

My question 1: Is it easier to get N600 approved since she already has a US passport?

Question 2: The application requests for "Proof of Required Residence or Physical Presence In the United States (of the US Citizen Parent)" do you know what she can provide even this happened like +10 years ago? Are they requesting a proof for current Residence in the US or back then when she derivated citizenship?

    Thank you!

  3. Hello, so my wife submitted I-129F (K3) to Dallas Lockbox (received at Dallas PO Box on Sep 30) and she attached the G-1145 form to receive any email/sms notification, but we haven't recevied anything yet, do you know when should we expect to receive either email or sms notification? Thank you

  4. Hey, really new in this forum! Thank you all for sharing your experience. My wife already sent I-130 and now we will apply for K3 in order to speed up this process as you guys did!

While filling out the form I-129F, we found a conflict here: "If your beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Item Numbers 38.a. - 38.h." but in instructions for this form says:  "Item Numbers 37. - 38.h. Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. Select the box to indicate whether your beneficiary has ever been in the United States. Provide the date of your beneficiary’s most recent entry in the United States, his or her I-94 Arrival-Departure Record Number, if available, and his or her immigration status at the time of arrival (for example, student, tourist, temporary worker, without inspection). Provide the expiration date and identification numbers on the I-94 or I-95 Arrival-Departure Records, travel documents, and or passports. See the What Evidence Should You Submit section of these Instructions for additional information. If your beneficiary was admitted to the United States by CBP at an airport or seaport after April 30, 2013, he or she may have been issued an electronic Form I-94 by CBP, instead of a paper Form I-94. You may visit the CBP website at www.cbp.gov/i94 to obtain a paper version of an electronic Form I-94."

What should I do? I have been in the US using my B1/B2 visa (last week in fact was my last visit to her town) but I am NOT currently living in the US; I live in Mexico. Form itself says I do not need to complete item 37-38h but instructions says I should provide that information for my most recent entry.

For you guys that already sent 1-129F and were in the same case, would you mind giving me your comments/experience/what did you write here?

    Thank you all!
