    Hi there,

     

    How did your interview go, please do let me know as my is upcoming soon. Did it get approved?

    What kind of questions did they ask?

    if you take someone with u is there a place where they can sit and wait in Abudhabi embassy?

    How much time it took in total? The reporting time for me says 8am. Was it same for u and when did u get free?

      hey Girl-S, i know its been a while since your interview, my husband's is coming up in 2 weeks. could you just tell me how it went? could you answer your own questions on this post, they are excellent questions. thanks in advance

    the letter giving you the interview date should have several pages and one of them is the instructions of what to  bring to interview (original )   NVC no longer sends out a packet 3/  the interview letter is what you get

      Hey, yes the instructions were all there. And I registered my interview appointment. I just don't want to go all the way there (I'm in dubai) to find out I needed packet 3

      Did you call them and complain?? Keep calling them.. Every day so they get sick of you and send you an appointment.

      No updates yet.. Still at NVC.. Taking forever 😕

       

      I sent in an expedite yesterday but I don't think I'll get approval. But I tried my luck.. How long did it take them to answer your expedite request? When did you get the confirmation they received it and when did they approve?

      congratulations! hope you get to see him soon. im not sure how long it takes for a slot to open, i guess its based on when they open the slots and how lucky you are to select it.

      it too them 5 weeks to accept my documents, December 20th i got DQ'd. but its still at NVC it didn't even reach UAE embassy till now. i wanted to see on average how long it takes to hear from the embassy after DQ. I guess when you expedite, its all different. what was your reason if i may ask? and YES i heard about the interview slots, its so sad..this just delays everything 😕 hope you find a slot soon.
