Has anyone else had an issue with the USCIS Case Status online not updating?  According to the website our K1 is still only received, even though the visa has been issued at this point.  Just curious if the website isn't reliable or if it's an exception for our visa.

i-130 filed in January 2016, i had my interview at US embassy in Islamabad,Pakistan on the 15th of May 2017, case denied and sent back to USCIS for further review on the 10th of october 2017.
 USCIS starts working on our case again on 27th of November 2017, we have recently received a  Notice of intent to revoke from USCIS to which we have replied and they received our response on August 14th, 2019. I have submitted a inquiry with USCIS last week, since it has already been 90 days that we have responded to the NOIR, to which they have replied: Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks.
What does that mean, and how long it will take them to make decision on my case?  We are tired of waiting and this waiting is killing us. Any help or advice will be appreciated.... please helppppp.......

my husband filed petition for me I130,immigrant petition for relative, fiance or orphan. Oct. 18 2005. He only received his receipt Number. and then nothings follow. that time he is green card holder but now he is citizen. please help me us how to upgrade his petition for so we can be together. its so painful for me because we dont have child because he just took his vacation one month a year.

Hi, I’m currently in the Philippines and my husband filled our I 130 application 3 weeks ago(November 1). He sent the application to the Phoenix AZ Lockbox but up until this time, we haven’t received anything from the USCIS. He tried to call them, and the response that he’s getting is that he’s name is not yet on the system. He included a credit card charge form since he cannot find his check book lol.
 
My question is, this is this normal? I’ve read a few blogs, and they said that usually USCIS will send the NOA1 within 2-3 weeks after submitting the petition. Should we be worried that the I 130 packet got lost somewhere?
