Call USCIS. Tell them you would like a copy faxed to you on the RFE because you are on a deadline that can’t be extended. A tier 2 is the only one that has access to those systems. They can also read it to you (most will do this but some don't) and let you know what they are requesting.

Thank you, I phoned the USCIS and basically they told me the petitioner would have to call so he's going to do that once he's done work today.

why a canadian attorney for us immigration? mail takes much longer and id be concerned about them knowing new information. if you had an RFE in november, it is possible time has expired to answer it. i would call or make an info pass appointment.

and in the overwhelming majority of cases, an attorney is not needed at all. as you can see, it can cause more problems and it does not speed anything up. but, too late for that, unless you have to refile (i hope not)

I agree we weren't thinking of mail processing while picking the attorney. Thank you for the advice. I hope it's not too late ..

  3. I'm reaching out for advice. I am a Ontario, Canadian beneficiary. My fiancee (us citizen) and I have a lawyer located in Ontario Canada. We had an RFE notification through the USCIS website on November 25/19. My lawyer has not rec'd the hardcopy yet. My fiancee and I did an online e-request on December 28/19 and put to send it to his u.s address. Has anyone gone through an e-request before? Not knowing what our RFE is after this long is really putting us down. Anyone have any opinions?
