I’ve also seen him harass member about creating timelines to the point of the admin getting involved and deleting his post. 
 

He doesn’t like or agree with my post. I get it. I don’t care. He can move on. 

If anyone has any ideas why NOT ONE Receipt starting in IOE has had any movement on their I-129f form feel free to add your thoughts.

A petitioner call USCIS and was told that even though her return address is Nebraska on her receipt for her I-130 that her case is in Texas. This is not a transfer

My 130 has a PD of 8/27/19 and a receipt date of 9/4/19.

Probably, but it’s hard to tell the reason why some take only a few weeks and others 2+ months. Ours took 50 days 

I’ll feel more relieved when I see IOE receipt numbers being processed for K3. Not that it should matter, but you know how it is!

I’m seeing the average around 6 weeks. Is that what you are seeing too? 

For those I-130 cases who also filed I-129f is there any pattern to how they are processing them?

Are they doing it by I-130 PD or I-129f receipt date? Has anyone figured this out yet?
