Embassy asked for my husband’s passport around 3 weeks ago on feb 25, we sent the same day and the status date updated but still shows refused. On March 9, the status on travel doc USA went from passport still with embassy to document delivery information blank, and now it’s been a week it’s still stuck there with refused status on ceac. Can someone tell me what does that mean? And how long it will take ?

No I was not in Ap it got refused I requested to expedite my case 

 We sent passport on feb 25 and now it says still with embassy and ceac status still shows refused nothing is changed as of now 

We got call from Islamabad embassy saying you put request to expedite we need passport then we will make decision and then this email

No. I also put an expedite request on 29 jan, they still didn’t even respond to that it’s been a month now. I tired to put inquiry but no response!😕

Can anyone help me how long it takes to get an expedite response? I sent the request last Friday 29/1/21

Thanks. Yea my husband’s visa category is IR1. Updated ds-260. He took his second medical on 15Jan and  received this email on Jan 25  about re-oath I thought they will give us date but no . Dun know how much more time it will take?

Thanks. Just confused about them mentioning as soon we resume routine visa services. They are not working yet ?

Hi everyone

My husband took his second medical, updated ads-260 and after that we contacted the embassy and they replied like this. 
can anyone give me an idea how long this can take ? Islamabad embassy is calling people for re-oath? 

So basically my friend applied for cr1 spouse visa. Everything went fine. Her husband had his interview on nov 22, 2019. On interview he admitted drug use and got banned for one year. The officer told him everything else is fine and he will have to contact embassy and redo his medical after one year and meanwhile he has to go for random tests Where he took his medical, which he did. Now one year is over so he contacted the embassy. The embassy told him to contact physician and do medical again but when he contacted physician panel they said his case needs to be updated or the embassy should send them something so they can do the test again. 
so he again contacted the embassy and this time  they said they forwarded his query to consular officer. We want to know what’s the procedure in this case after the ban is over, how will things work from here if anyone can help. And please no judgements. Thanks.

No, Actually my friend’s husband already had his interview he got banned for one year because of failed medical test, now that time period is over He had to take his medical again. And we contacted the embassy they said We forwarded your query to consular officer that’s what asking how long it will take him to reply. 

Does anyone knows if the embassy forwards your query to consular officer, how long it will take the consular officer to reply? Please help 

When are they gonna start sending out interview letters this month (Pakistan consulate )?

And how long for interview from Pakistan embassy? My case is Cr1... I heard it depends on embassy too...

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for documents to get accepted after you submit on ceac ?
