No we filed in June but Biometric was scheduled in july All States and cities are different Yeah hopfulley soon

Well its October everyone!!! this is Month 3 for all of us well if everyone here filed in July. Did you all get that email from VisaJourney with your ETAs??? We got our ETA email yesterday and from all the other ones that keep jumping back and forth this one said we are excited I hope we all get approved soon!!!

the online access code is only to see the status of your cases once you get that code you will be able to see if your biometerics have been scheduled Hi Everyone just wanted to see how is everyone's wait is going any updates? for us nothing yet just sitting and waiting for the EAD

Also there is a timeline feature here as well. you should update that so you can help the data on here to update and help provide Estimate dates for people. on your post under your photo it will say timeline and you can edit it and enter in dates

We did our Biometrics yesterday and the status changed to "active review" both AOJ and EDA Since our office is in San Francisco we wont expect anything soon since its San Francisco and we are expected longer wait times.

your EAD was approved the same day as your appointment? Nice!

Hi Everyone just wanted to update we just received out Biometric Appointment on the USCIS site Just wondering one the letter it says Your biometrics will not be collected without identification. You must bring a valid government-issued photo identification document. If the name on your identification is different than the name on your ASC notice, bring supporting documentation. So my question is my wife will bring her Philippine Passport w/ Visa attached since her name does not match her passport anymore we bring her SS card and our marriage certificate correct? We were not able to get her a CA ID because the i-91 needed to be 30 days valid. which wasnt even stated on the DMV Site it only said foreign passport and i-94

Just wondering does anyone know how to find out what office is handling cases is it the address located on the bottom of the NOAs?

I feel like our case is going to be the standard ETA because of where we live which is California. So kinda have to stop expecting the same timelines like everyone else. but one last question to find out which office is assigned to our case is it the address on the bottom of our letters?

Update 6.21.22 So we received the letter today which is out online code. we updated her profile and we saw the 3 case AOJ EAD Advance Parole Went to the Document part but we saw nothing for a Biometric Schedule all we had was this do we get another notice in the mail for the Biometric scheduling?

so just trying to prepare myself with the type of news we are going to be receive. we are getting this in the mail today. just wondering if you all received your online access/bio appoint in this type of envelope or if some of you received a RFE in this type of envelope? we have no received this yet we are waiting for USPS to delivery it today

😑 oh man that must really suck. well when we tried to add her cases to her profile its asking for an access code. hopefully its just because we are on the west coast and they mail everything out from the east coast. I'm a bit impatient just only because i see people with almost the same timelines and they got their NOAs and such. Hoping something in the mail tomorrow

Anyone know the timeline of the online access code mail by any chance?

oh nice! well for us was a set back though because my wife needed to do a sputum culture and her results were ready when Manila closed for Covid then the embassy and uscis never got a reply back from them. and when they did finally replied we were told out visa was cancelled because we didnt contact them. or show proof of hardship its like HELLO COVID!!!???!!?? but we finally got married in May of this year

so we only received 3 so far just waiting for my wife to take a photo of them so i can see what they are so the next 2 days hoping the online access account will come in 🤞
