    I was not in the US in 2020, I became a permanent resident in 2021. I do not need 2020.

    I got my 10-year green card in April 2021. I want to file for N-400 in January 2024 using the 3-year rule (early filing). USCIS seems to require 3 years of Tax returns for application and since taxes don't get filed until April I currently have two years (2021 and 2022). Would that be a problem?
