  1. We decided to move from Montreal to Vancouver and we were wondering what's best to update the address (through the immigration lawyer in charge of our case or USCIS website directly? or both?).

From your experiences, can the change of address can potentially delay the whole process? Thanks in advance.

      Have you already relocated?

Our US address changed and we used the website to update our I-130 & I-129F petitions while they were still in limbo. We quickly received acknowledgement of the change and have experienced no delays in process since (besides the usual).

Thanks for the reply. We've moved to Vancouver (Canada). If you don't live in the States, you can't update the address online unfortunately. Therefore, we had to fill out the AR-11 form and send it to USCIS. This form is not designed for non-US addresses though, so it was a bit challenging.
