Hello folks, thanks in advance 

i am bring my parents to Usa as a permanent residence ( greencard-holder), my father i-130 form has been already approved and now its in NVC stage, have paid all the fee, now i am about to submit all the legal documents, i am his daughter and i am the petitioner, do i know what documents i will need to submit for my father? 
 

He will be coming from pak to Usa.

i have been come to USA three weeks ago on IR1 visa , which is immigrant visa for spouse , but i was not asked to fill any fee or submit form for green in my country , so i want to do this now here in USA , please any one guide me that what should i do and how to apply for greencard here ??

Hello everyone, my interview is 24 oct of this month, need your best wishes everyone... 

I wanted to know if i can know the common questions they often ask during interview and the things they ask for , so that i prepare myself for that , 

#onequestion more, do i need to pay some more fee ahead for immigrant visa or interview as i am not so sure about it. 

Your answers would be appreciated highly appreciated.

Yes exactly we are having the same situation, my all other documents have been accepted but not passport, because it was not on the right side up so I uploaded that again , and you said you contacted them and you were told to wait but whenever i try to call them they never get connected, it’s becoming so stressful because I don’t know what to do further  

and hey can you tell me that which page of passport you have submitted ??

I had uploaded my documents in may , but they have considered my passport invalid on 24 july so i resubmitted that again , its been more then a month i didnt get any response.. what should i do now ??

Hello everyone , 

its been more then a month that i had resubmitted my passport biographic page after declaring invalid , i think nvc should have responded but still not ?? 

Any suggestions why its taking long or what should i do ?

My passport is new and it has signature page on the other side but i have uploaded only biographic page as yours , i am afraid they wont reject it , fingers are crossed, i hope things goes fine

Yes its been 3 weeeks i had uploaded it , but have not heard anything from nvc , but can you tell me how you uploaded the passport biographic page ?? Just the page with pic and name date of birth etc or any other pages too ?

1 more thing that initially we submitted the birth certificate from the hospital with my SSC certificate to USCIS and then NVC wasn't accepting it then we uploaded the FRC from Nadra and now on interview we took the original birth certificate from Union Council and we also gave them FRC and the hospital issued birth certificate.

Hy man , sorry about your refusal from the embassy , just dont let your hope down , in shA Allah you are gonna get it .. 

i am here to ask you something, i have been stuck in nvc for long they twice rejected my passport , i dont know what exactly they want and how they want me to upload it ? Can you please guide me about it when your all documents have been accepted so how had you uplaoded your passport ?? 

After when nvc accepts my whole documents so can I reschedule interview at embassy for myself or i should wait for nvc to reschedule date for me ??

Is your case currently at the embassy in Islamabad?

Nvc has accepted all of documentation but not a biographic page of passport i have submitted it once again and hoping that they are gonna accept it this time , it was considered invalid just because biographic page was not rotate as a book 😕

Yes she is on her 6th month of pregnancy and for sure I want to be by her side at my baby birth time ,

Yes now i am more worried about both of them , and yes i am gonna do something about it because doctors are willing to provide us concern documentation..

Okay but when its from her doctor saying and they are tryn give her some reasonable documentation in which it has clearly written that my baby is not fine and the mother and she needs my support to be with her ?

Yes I believe so , but doctors have given her written that in which condition she is and my baby so i am suppose to be there with her ?? If doctors are saying so thn it should be consider medical emergency?

Hello , 

my wife is expecting a baby .. she is in US And i am here in my country ,my case is already filed and in progress  .. according to doctors there i am suppose to be there with her ..they have talked to my wife about case, so is it gonna help me to get there asap or make my case little quicker ? 

Or what should i do , need some suggestions

How much time nvc will gonna take in response, I submitted my passport once again because the previous one was invalid, so now i want to know that how much time nvc is gonna take again in response? 

And after accepting all documents in how much time they will schedule my interview at embassy ?

Just check if you also need to upload other pages of your passport (maybe the front?). CEAC will tell you which additional ones you need to upload if applicable. Just make sure that whatever page you need to upload is in the position which is the correct way of reading it. 

Uploaded only biographic page and submitted it , because in the option i am asked to upload biographic page not pages ,
