Prior i had uploaded all the front pages with wrong rotation position , but now i am uploading only the bio page with correct rotation position as you said .

After you upload it, check it to see if it did not rotate back or something, because that happened to me too. Just double check to avoid a delay and another rejection.

and yes one more question, when you uploaded this way only the bio page so that got accepted ?

Upload it in the same position as you would hold it when you would read it. The agent at the NVC should not have to tilt their head to one side to be able to read or see the document properly.

So if the document is scanned on its side, you need to rotate it before uploading it.

Having trouble with my passport biographic page , been so many time nvc is rejecting my passport by saying that the document is not on the right side up , how should i upload it please help me out ..

Do i need to upload the blank pages or i only need to upload the biographic page with correct rotation ?

Gotta delete it bro , but its been stress for me now they rejected my passport so many time ,

scan and rotate just that single page .. cover the page with the writing so there is only one page visible

its been long i have a same problem , they are frequently rejecting my passport by saying the document is not on the right side up , please help me out how you sorted it out then ?
