    We got our DQ 30 mins ago! Hopefully Madrid gives us our interview date soon Documents submitted Aug 30th

    Just submitted all NVC forms today, I-130 got approved a while ago but only managed to get a hold of everything now. So now I wait, good luck to everyone else and hope we get through this as quickly as possible.

    I believe I was always at Potomac. I had some initial confusion because my initial SMS said Nebraska but my NOA said Potomac, I called USCIS and they said it had always been Potomac. I hope you all receive good news soon!

    Hey all, This is a creation of an old thread but this is exclusively for sole IR1/CR1 I-130 filers. Has anyone else had NOA1 issues? UPS confirmed my Application was received in Lewisville, TX at Oct 29th but we are yet to receive a receipt. I wish everyone else luck in this very daunting process!
