I thought your wife still hasn't completed her naturalization?  So how can you upgrade to IR1?  You're still under F2A category.  Pointless to give advice based on wrong information.

Not for me it’s for my friend still he didn’t receive IL,for me no my interview next month,if I see this case am confused because dq change or no,so for my clarification I ask,if it is wrong am sorry

Its not that easy. Each embassy has their own backlog so its not possible to say if you are DQ'd earlier than someone else that you will also get an IL before them

K actually our is F2a and dqd november,so we thought if upgraded to ir1 IL will soon come,so ask,k thank you

You will not receive an interview letter until NVC has scheduled the interview.  That will happen after the consulate informs NVC of available dates, and when you have reached the front of the queue.  I think you are still behind others who were already in the queue.

Really I don understand,if nvc works on 2020 March dqd and we r nov 2019 dqd how we behind others,?

Huh? Nothing happens automatically, they are processed by human beings which means there is a stack that gets processed in generally a first come first served basis

    K understood

It’s not an option. If the spouse has naturalized the petition automatically converts to IR and any derivatives will have to be separately sponsored. The only thing that they have control over is when they notify uscis.

edit: I see Aaron already pointed this out

    No derivatives only spouse

Check the USCIS website, the 32k is way above the requirment for 2 people. But If I were u  I will get a new one with the new income and get supporting documents and take it to the interview,  in case they ask, u just submit it, otherwise just keep it to yourself.

But the 32k is way above the requirment for 2 people.

    Recent paystubs??enough??

I would certainly take a new I-864 which indicates the CURRENT annual income to the interview.  Current income is calculated by:

Current Weekly income x 52 = Current Annual Income

Current Monthly income x 12 = Current Annual Income

Current Pay Period income x number of pay periods per year = Current Annual Income

Why would again I-864,can I just take recent pay stubs if it is before 2020 tax files?? To the interview
