Send in all police reports and final disposition from the courts. All papers from the courts must be certificated by the clerk of courts office . This is something I neglected to do and received a RFE that took over 2 1/2 months to resolve.

What is the DS-2001? and the GSS? TY
No
FORM DS-2001/U.S. Embassy Bangkok
NOTIFICATION OF APPLICANT READINESS
You, or your agent, may notify United States Embassy Bangkok that you are ready for an interview by
using this Form DS-2001. The form indicates that you and your family members (if applicable) have
obtained all the necessary documents for the immigrant visa interview.Gss is a transaction confirmation I think because fees got paid

Carina We got our approval on 10/3 the USCIS site did update and show us are approval on 10/4 . A hard copy was received in the mail on 10/7 . The Rfe took 28 days. I feel for you and others that are still waiting with a RFE the stress is tremendous and can make life extremely difficult

Maybe try this link I copied it from their online notice to me . If you do not receive your approval notice by October 19, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request.

I checked the USCIS site this morning and I got approved 😁 . Noa2 is on it's way. 28 days of complete stress is now over . I hope everyone gets good news also this week

Don't panic. The adjudicator assigned to your case may just have a heavier work load than others. Plus they check with other agencies on all criminal backgrounds and some adjudicators may do it after they receive your RFE response
-
The question is what was your RFE for ? If it was something simple then yes I can see it being cleared up rather quickly but something that will need confirmation from other sources will take a bit longer
-
I find myself checking the site 3 times daily and now I have informed delivery on my mail so I can see what letters come to the house before I get home . Your 7 weeks in so pretty soon you should get good news

Unfortunately nothing yet . My lawyer said I would be lucky to get a response in 2 months but I also have to drug offenses with C.O.F's on my record So my case is a bit different

I got my rfe on August 10th for court records and police reports from 25 years ago . Two separate cases both involving steroids .I just love reliving my past and seeing the schmuck I once was . Now I wait and see if my past will mess with my future
All paper work was received on September 6th by USCIS

final disposition yes is the Judgement. Being on probation is something a lawyer would now best about
