Good day! Has anyone here had the same situation as ours? My husband is under the F2a category and will be interviewed on Oct 1,2019 in the US Embassy Singapore. Yesterday, the embassy asked us to submit CENOMAR but it should be sent directly to the embassy by the PSA/NSO from the Philippines. I applied for the CENOMAR online and used the FEDEX courier service for it to be faster. However, I am wondering if It is right that I put my husband’s name for the requestor’s name then the US Embassy Singapore’s address for the delivery address. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? Please help! I read that the requestor’s name should be the same as the FEDEX account holder’s name which is why I did that.

Sorry. Just wanted to clarify it. I did send it thru fedex but I applied online thru the psa service Link that the US Embassy in Singapore sent. It has to come from the department itself. Then I made an account with fedex and gave it to them so they dan send it. Hope this helps.

You gave you fed ex account? You're not scared? You have to send your credit card number.

    Hi,

Do you have relatives in the Philippines who can send you directly the NSO at your address? What I did was, I asked my parents to get my NSO here - https://nsohelpline.com/ (I was the one who ordered online and it was delivered in 2 business days) but I also gave them a letter authorizing them to get it for me (they just gave the deliveryman a letter and was asked for their ID) and then after, my parents sent it here to me in US. It's more easier than waiting or getting my NSO here. I hope this gives you an idea or option :)

Yeah, but is your for k1 visa purposes?

A+J, was there an italian name for this Single Statue Certificate? My fiance has her Identity card that says she is unmarried (issued in July 2012)- do you think this could be proof enough if that ever came into question?

Im divorce but cenomar says Im still married with the person I divorced 3 yers ago. How to explin this?

As far as I can remember, I was able to get a CEMAR when PSA was still NSO. I will try to get a CEMAR anyway because I dont want to confuse the CO on why I have a divorce decree with no marriage record here.

If I will not be able to secure a CEMAR, will this be a big issue? I will bring my divorce decree and also my original marriage contract/certificate too.

Btw, I was denied annulment due to insufficient evidence.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you have certified tru copy of your divorce. Same name as the man/woman you married with and divorce.
