you are still the main sponsor so a letter saying why you do not file is probably needed (examples would be attending college, etc)

So you just by calling them they will provide it.

I had to wait several months of going back and forth with the website, and phones before I was told this, after being told over and over that it was fine and I would receive a copy in the mail. But when I went in person, they printed them out for me and I got them same-day. 

Physically going there is impossible for me right now cause i am stuck outside the US and there are no flights available. What else option do i have to get it asap

They are asking to upload it alongside i864.

What should I upload at tax return transcript. I was never employed and never filed any taxes. I wrote a explanation letter why i didn't filed.  Now what should I do. Please help if anyone been through same situation. 

P.S I have a joint sponsor

Aftee completing and signing affidavit of support i864. What should i do scan and upload it or mail it to any address.

I used our Virginia address in i130 where beneficiary intends to live in US. 

Now we are at NVC stage and planning to live in North Carolina and will use NC address in ds260 form. 

My question is that will it create any problem if we use new address in ds260 form.

We are at NVC stage. I need to which documents should we use. My wife is US Citizen and she is my primary sponsor. My point is that she never had or have a job and  i know we need a joint sponsor. My brother will be our joint sponsor.

I want to know which form should they fill and what to do. Because i dont know anything about it please let me know in details

If all are there, it could be another way to know that our case is nearing approval...

I got another update january 11. But no document is uploaded yet except that one which was uploaded at very beginning. 

My case was just updated today. From September 10 2019 to jan 10 2020. What does this actually mean?

I filled my petition in july. My PD is July 22, 2019. I recieved receipt nume starting with IOE and Taxes SC. I want to know does this E-filing helps us to be approved faster.
