    Hi I would like if u could shed some light on something. Nvc accepted my husbands w2 form and tax return. I’ve been seeing people say that the embassy asks for the tax transcript and not that . Do I need to get the tax transcript or will the w2 and tax return be ok since Nvc accepted them?

    Hi just wondering about this health insurance. I am living outside of the us and my husband is living in the us how can he show that he will have health insurance for me ?I am currently awaiting my spousal visa interview

    Hi I’m just wondering if u can help. My case is at Nvc I’m wondering does my husband have to get the irs tax transcript or will the individual tax return be fine to upload to ceac

    Hi Just wondering if u can help me with this. My case is at Nvc and my agent is telling me I have to send my original police clearance certificate to her , she’s in the us and I’m not I’m wondering if I have to send it or if I scan it n send it to her if that will be ok or do I need to send the original. I’m being processed for spousal visa. Thanks
