    One thing they have been doing is focus more on enforcement and background checks. So, I think they will redirect some of the funded officers to do some of the non-funded work. It will likely further slow down the processing of our applications.

    I have had my the green card for over 5 years but applied under the 3 year rules as I didn't want to regather the extra docs, especially since we moved a couple of times during those two years. My wife informed me last week that she wants a divorce. Does it affect my applications, should we delay the divorce until after the citizenship oath? I'm inclined towards to just have everything play naturally, and update USCIS with the documentation instead of delaying filing for divorce.

    I need to travel out of US in a couple of days. But I can't find my conditional Green card. The conditional GC expired 2 years ago but I have the extension letter as my petition for removal of conditions is still processing. Would I be able to get back into the US, or will I have any trouble?
