OP, another issue you need to be careful about is your wife, if admitted to the US at POE by CBP when she enters on a tourist visa to visit you, cannot stay too long or she risks having the B2 revoked.  Tourist visas are for short visits, not for living with you in the US.  So make sure you tell her this and she needs to 1) be truthful with CBP that she is visiting her LPR spouse in the US, 2) that if admitted entry she keeps a watchful eye on the I-94 and leaves for Peru at least a couple of days before that date, and 3) she is in Peru or some other non-US country for longer periods of time than she is visiting you in the US.  The spousal visa process for the spouse of an LPR is about two years or more so it is a very long time.  I would suggest that you visit her in Peru more than she visits you in the US to avoid problems with her B2 possibly getting revoked for abuse and as others have said, that she should not take the risk of working in the US until she gets a spousal visa and immigrates in two years.  Also you need to do more research on the I-130 process and all of its steps.  Good luck!

    The short answer is no.

And the long answer is still no. She has to be authorized to work in the jurisdiction that she physically lives in. When she's in the US, she has to be authorized to work in the US. It doesn't matter what she does, online or offline, taking work away or not, who pays her, foreign or domestic company....

I assume your spouse is oversea, right? So the first thing that has to happen is the I-130 has to be approved. It will take USCIS 8-12 months to approve that. Then, the petition will be transfer to the National Visa Center (NVC). If at that time, there is a visa number available, NVC will contact you to start the process of submitting documents for your spouse and getting an interview. To check if there is visa number available: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html. Your category is F2A Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents.

There is not an interview for you in the US.
