    Mark and I met in February 2017 on a site called Date British Guys. We met the 1st week I joined and have been together ever since. I’ve visited England several times and he’s visited Louisville several times. We got engaged in October 2019, married in February 2020, and filed for spouse visa on February 19, 2020. He’s relocating to Louisville, KY as soon as possible. We’re looking forward to building a life together.

    Hi Ann, hope all is well with you and congrats on the I-601 approval.

    Ann quick question, I'm in Toronto my waiver got approved on March 02, 2022 (after almost 2 years of wait) as I was denied for overstaying in US under F4 category.

    Our initial interview was done in Montreal and my whole family was issued the GC except me, do you have to resubmit you DS260 form again???

      Congratulations! It’s my understanding that after approval USCIS notifies the Embassy and they review your specific case and determine what they feel they need to finish up your case. For us, they asked for another medical exam, proof of Covid vaccine/booster, and a new police certificate. I have read they could ask for another interview and yes, updated paperwork which could include the DS260. As always, they tell you next to nothing and most of the info you just find yourself by digging, reading posts…. For us, it had been over a year since we submitted the original DS260 and they didn’t request a new one. Hopefully, they won’t bother with another one for you.
