Hi all

My ROC was received on Jan 21st 2019.

Last Wednesday it was approved. I receive the approval receipt on Friday. Card has been mailed and should be coming through this week.

Notice starts with SRC.

Texas service center. No RFE no interview.

Which number do you dial to actually have a person talk to you at USCIS? Every time I tried for the past several months, it referred to go to website and use chat instead. 

We have updated our address on the website in January and I worry what if they have not updated it somehow and thats why we are not getting fingerprints notifications. Has anyone who updated address on the site had any experience of finding out that it was not updated in the USCIS system?

When sending a request for address change, USCIS will send back confirmation via mail to that new address, that's how you would know that they know. If you need to call I dont know of any number but the customer service one (50 mins before getting through someone though so be patient) 1 (800) 375-5283

BTW: I did include copies our apartment leases (I had forgotten to list it out)

I've been gathering lots of good information so far so thanks to all! 

Unfortunately I discovered the site only after submitting my ROC package back in Jan 2019.

I've noticed that many people had included bank statements in theirs along with some other documents I do have but didn't include (car insurance) for e.g.

My question is then : Should I submit those evidence documents asap or wait for a potential RFE. I've read many theories (regarding potential delays) on submitting (or not) extra documentation?

Let me know what you think.

As a reference, in my package I included:

Birth Certificate of our 1 year old

Tax return 2016 and 2017 (only the 1040 form copy from our accountant)

Health care coverage showing joint policy

Flight tickets from last summer

around 20 family photos

2 support letters

I'll join the Jan 2019 fillers as well to share my timeline.
